Abstract: An ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was established to simultaneously produce the chlorogenic acid, cafferic acid, luteoloside and polysaccharose from Lonicera japonica Thunb. in saline-alkali land. Using the total concentration chlorogenic acid, cafferic acid, luteoloside and polysaccharose of as response value,Box-Behnken response surface design was adopted to investigate the four main factors of extraction time,temperature,solid/liquid ratio and ethanol concentration. The results showed that the optimization conditions for extraction were extraction time 1 h,temperature 75 ℃,and solid/liquid ratio 1∶40(g∶mL) and ethanol concentration 45%. The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of the four components has the advantage of accelerating the extraction process and better products with lower cost.
