生态文明视角下的农业面源污染防控对策研究

Study on countermeasures for prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution from the perspective of ecological civilization

摘要: 分析了农业面源污染现状,研究发现,中国农业面源污染除了来源多样性外,还具有分布广、区域差异明显的特征;农业面源污染监测难度大。介绍了流域农业面源污染综合治理的“兴山模式”。从监测防控体系建设、综合治理、实施生态农业工程、技术研发、公众参与机制等方面提出了农业面源污染防控的对策建议。

Abstract: The status quo of agricultural non-point source pollution is analyzed. It is found that in addition to source diversity, agricultural non-point source pollution in China has the characteristics of wide distribution and obvious regional differences. It is difficult to monitor agricultural non-point source pollution. The "Xingshan model" for comprehensive management of non-point source pollution in river basins was introduced. From the aspects of monitoring prevention and control system construction,comprehensive control implementing ecological agriculture engineering, technology research and development, and public participation mechanism, the countermeasures and suggestions for agricultural non-point source pollution prevention and control were put forward.
