四种茶花品种花朵的香气挥发物分析

Analysis of aroma volatiles in flowers of four camellia varieties

摘要: 以C37(Camellia japonica C37)、甜凯特(Camellia japonica Sweet Emily Kate)、姬(Camellia lutchuensis Hime)、烈香(Camellia japonica Liexiang)4种香花型茶花品种为材料,采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱联用(SPME/GC-MS)技术,分析4种茶花品种在盛花期花朵的香气挥发物成分及相对含量。结果表明,在C37、甜凯特、姬、烈香中检测出香气挥发物,分别为27、10、19、27种,主要包括醇类、酯类、醛类、芳香族化合物、酚类、醚类、萜类、酮类、烷烃、脂肪酸10类化合物。正己醇、苯甲醛、苯甲醇、苯乙醛、苯甲酸甲酯、苯乙醇、萘、水杨酸甲酯为4种茶花品种主要的挥发物成分,这些化合物分别占C37、甜凯特、姬、烈香总挥发物含量的86.84%、90.32%、93.81%、82.20%,苯环类化合物为主要花香成分。苯甲酸甲酯在C37和姬中的相对含量最高,分别为39.37%和42.00%;而苯乙醇(31.60%)在烈香中的相对含量最高;正己醇(70.22%)为甜凯特的主要挥发物。4种茶花品种花朵中酯类及醇类物质的相对含量远高于其他化合物,是茶花主要的挥发物。

Abstract: Four fragrant camellia varieties, namely C37 (Camellia japonica C37), Sweet Emily Kate (Camellia japonica Sweet Emily Kate), Hime (Camellia lutchuensis Hime), and Liexiang (Camellia japonica Liexiang), were used as materials to analyze the volatiles components and relative content of the flowers of these four camellia varieties during their blooming period using headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography (SPME/GC-MS) technology. The results showed that aroma volatiles compounds were detected in C37, Sweet Emily Kate, Hime, and Liexiang, with 27, 10, 19, and 27 types, mainly including alcohols, esters, aldehydes, aromatic compounds, phenols, ethers, terpenoids, ketones, alkanes, and fatty acids. N-hexanol, Benzaldehyde, Benzyl alcohol, Phenylacetaldehyde, Methyl benzoate, Phenethyl alcohol, Naphthalene, and Methyl salicylate were the main volatiles components of the four camellia varieties. These compounds accounted for 86.84%, 90.32%, 93.81%, and 82.20% of the total volatiles content of C37, Sweet Emily Kate, Hime, and Liexiang, respectively. Benzene ring compounds were the main floral components. The relative content of Methyl benzoate in C37 and Hime was the highest, 39.37% and 42.00%, respectively; the relative content of Phenethyl alcohol (31.60%) in Liexiang was the highest; N-hexanol (70.22%) was the main volatiles compound of Sweet Emily Kate.The relative content of esters and alcohols in the flowers of four camellia varieties was much higher than that of other compounds, making them the main volatiles of camellia.
