不同年份缬草精油挥发性成分的差异分析

Differences in volatile components of valerian essential oil from different years

摘要: 利用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法分析2020、2021年缬草(Valeriana officinalis L.)精油的挥发性物质,用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量,研究2种年份缬草精油挥发性成分的组成特征。结果表明,2种年份缬草精油中共鉴定出70种主要挥发性成分,帖烯类化合物的相对含量最高。2种年份缬草精油的挥发性成分存在明显差异,2021年缬草精油的挥发性成分种类比2020年多。在共有挥发性成分中,2-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、乙酸冰片酯、(1S)-6,6-二甲基二环[3.1.1]庚-2-烯-2-基甲醇乙酸酯、甲氧基乙酸、β-乙酸松油酯相对含量较高。

Abstract: The volatile components of valerian(Valeriana officinalis L.) essential oil from 2020 and 2021 were analyzed using gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometry. The relative content of each component was calculated using the peak area normalization method, and the compositional characteristics of volatile components of valerian essential oil from two years were studied.The results showed that a total of 70 main volatile components were identified in the two years of valerian essential oil, with the highest relative content of diene compounds. There was a significant difference in the volatile components of valerian essential oil between two years, with more types of volatile components present in 2021 compared to 2020. Among the common volatile components, the relative content of 2-pinene, camphene, β-Pinene, 1-limonene, endobornyl acetate, myrtenyl acetate, methoxyacetic acid, and β-terpinyl acetate was high.
