Abstract: In order to explain the new changes brought by e-commerce to agriculture, taking Dinglou Village and Qingyanliu Village as examples, the paper analyzed the e-commerce enabling agricultural model from the four aspects of market environment, policy environment, production mode and logistics environment, realized the development of agricultural economy, and proposed to play the role of the government, introduced agricultural laws and regulations, strengthen the brand construction of agricultural products, improve the quality supervision system, updated the villagers’ concept, and introduced e-commerce training.
