Abstract: The connotation and practical significance of the legal mechanism of the agricultural ecological compensation were expounded, the difficulties of the legal mechanism of the agricultural ecological compensation, such as imperfect legal system, vague implementation standards and lack of understanding of the compensation system,were analyzed, and some measures of clarifying the principle of fair and open compensation, strengthening the systematic special legislation, optimizing the compensation standard according to local conditions, expanding the diversified compensation fund channels and establishing the dynamic supervision and evaluation system with multiple participation were put forward, in order to solve the practical dilemma of agricultural ecological compensation mechanism.
