长江中游地区农业用水量与经济发展脱钩分析

Decoupling analysis of agricultural water consumption and economic development in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River

摘要: 运用对数平均迪式指数法(LMDI)和Tapio脱钩模型研究长江中游地区2009—2019年农业用水量变化的驱动效应以及农业用水与农业经济发展的脱钩关系。研究结果显示,产业结构效应为长江中游地区农业用水量下降的主要驱动因素,经济收入效应为农业用水量下降的主要抑制因素;长江中游地区整体脱钩情况良好,但地区内各省脱钩状态有差异,湖北省、湖南省整体脱钩情况比较理想,江西省整体脱钩情况较为一般;技术脱钩因子对脱钩的影响最为明显,收入脱钩因子为抑制脱钩的最主要因素。

Abstract: Logarithmic mean divisia index (LMDI) model and Tapio decoupling model were used to study the driving effects of agricultural water consumption change and the decoupling relationship between agricultural water use and agricultural economic development in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2009 to 2019. The results showed that the industrial structure effect was the main driving factor for the decrease of agricultural water consumption in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, and the economic income effect was the main inhibiting factor for the decrease of agricultural water consumption. The overall decoupling situation in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River was good, but there were differences among provinces within the region.The overall decoupling situation in Hubei and Hunan was relatively good, while the overall decoupling situation in Jiangxi was relatively general. The technology decoupling factor had the most obvious influence on the decoupling, and the income decoupling factor was the most important factor to restrain the decoupling.
