IC反应器处理富马酸废水的研究

Study on the treatment of fumaric acid wastewater with IC reactor

摘要: 采用自制IC反应器处理富马酸模拟废水(经过三维电化学预处理),考察IC反应器的稳定性,优化反应器工艺参数,并初步探索硫脲浓度对IC反应器的影响。结果表明,IC反应器快速启动22 d后达到稳定效果,停止30 d再启动10 d后即可恢复处理能力,IC反应器稳定性较好。IC反应器内循环比200%、反应温度30 ℃、水力停留时间(HRT)24 h时,化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮、挥发性有机酸(VFA)的去除率分别为88.75%、53.45%、98.16%。当进水硫脲浓度为200 mg/L,COD去除率下降为70.28%;当进水硫脲浓度为1 000 mg/L,COD去除率下降为49.38%。

Abstract: The self-made IC reactor was used to treat fumaric acid simulated wastewater (effluent after three-dimensional electrochemical pretreatment), to investigate the IC reactor stability, optimize the reactor process parameters, and initially explore the effect of thiourea on the IC reactor. The results showed that the IC reactor achieved a stabilizing effect after 22 days of rapid start, and could be restored after stopping for 30 days and then starting for 10 days. The stability of the IC reactor was better. When the inner circulation ratio of the IC reactor was 200%, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) was 24 h, the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD), ammonia nitrogen and volatile fatty acids (VFA) were 88.75%, 53.45%, and 98.16%, respectively. When the influent thiourea concentration was 200 mg/L, the COD removal rate decreased to 70.28%; when the influent thiourea concentration was 1 000 mg/L, the COD removal rate decreased to 49.38%.
