广西莪术优良种质单株产量和挥发油含量的聚类分析

Cluster analysis of yield per plant and volatile oil content of high-quality germplasm of Curcuma kwangsiensis

摘要: 对不同种质广西莪术(Curcuma kwangsiensis)的单株产量、挥发油含量和化学成分进行分析比较。参考2015年版《中国药典》标准进行广西莪术产量测定,根据挥发油测定法提取挥发油,筛选得到产量和挥发油含量均高的广西莪术种质材料进行GC-MS成分分析,采用SPSS 22.0软件对莪术挥发油成分进行聚类,结合产量及挥发油含量等数据分析筛选优良种质的可行性。结果表明,150份不同种质的广西莪术产量、化学成分均存在着明显差异,初步筛选出优良种质资源18个,以挥发油产量及颜色为变量,18个种质聚类为3类,GC-MS分析可得到36种成分,聚类为2类。

Abstract: The yield per plant, the content of volatile oil and the chemical composition of different Curcumae kwangsiensis were analyzed and compared. Referring to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition), the yield of Curcuma kwangsiensis was determined. The volatile oil was extracted according to the determination method, and the selected Curcuma kwangsiensis germplasm materials with high yield and content of volatile oil were analyzed by GC-MS method. SPSS 22.0 software was used to cluster the volatile oil components of Curcuma kwangsiensis, combined with the yield and content of volatile oil and other data to analyze the feasibility of screening excellent germplasm. The results showed that there were significant differences in the yield and chemical composition among 150 different Curcuma kwangsiensis germplasm. Eighteen excellent germplasm resources were selected. With the yield and color of volatile oil as variables, 18 germplasm materials were classified into 3 categories, 36 components were analyzed by GC-MS, and 2 categories were classified.
