Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the current situation and main practice, this research analyzed the problems faced by the construction of agricultural scientific and technological talents in Zhejiang Province. The research found that there were some problems in the agricultural science and technology talents team in Zhejiang Province, such as insufficient total talents, low overall quality, outstanding talent structural problems, lack of high-level innovation platform, and insufficient innovation vitality. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the aspects of promoting the transformation of agricultural operation mode, optimizing the talent introduction and education system, perfecting the collaborative mechanism of scientific and technological work, promoting the construction of the high-level innovation platform and improving the incentive mechanism of agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship.
