一种下行供液气雾培生产系统设计

Design of aeroponics production system with nutrition solution supply pipeline located below the ground

摘要: 为了充分发挥气雾培技术优势,进一步丰富气雾培技术体系,设计了一种新型下行供液气雾培生产系统。该生产系统包括控制系统、营养液供给池、动力系统、营养液供给管路、气雾栽培床、过剩营养液回流管路等。气雾栽培床可无干涉旋转而且可使营养液供给与回流循环畅通;营养液供给管路与过剩营养液回流管路均有序无障碍地布置于地面以下,控制系统利用PLC,通过营养液EC传感器、温度传感器、液位传感器与执行部件等不断监测与调控,保持营养液环境的优质稳定;通过总供液管路与各主干供液管路的压力传感器、水流量传感器等实时监控,保证营养液供给过程安全稳定;通过定时器与主干供液管路电磁阀开关控制,保证各供液单元营养液供给定时、定量、准确。该生产系统优质高效,无排放,零污染,为进一步推动气雾培技术在设施农业中的应用推广创造了条件。

Abstract: In order to get full advantages of aeroponics technology and further enrich the aeroponics technology system, a new aeroponics production system of nutrition solution supply pipeline below the ground was designed. The aeroponics production system included the control system, nutrition solution supply pool, power force system, nutrition solution supply pipeline, aeroponics bed, excess nutrition solution return pipeline, etc. The aeroponics bed could have no interference rotation and could smooth supply and return circulation of nutrition solution.Nutrition solution supply pipeline and excess nutrition solution return pipeline were arranged orderly below the ground. The control system used PLC, which maintained high quality and stability of nutrition solution environment through continuous monitoring and regulation of the EC sensor, temperature sensor, nutrition solution level sensor and execution components, ensured the safety and stability of the nutrition solution supply process through the real-time monitoring of the pressure sensor and water flow sensor of main nutrition solution supply pipeline and each key nutrition solution supply pipeline, and guaranteed the timed, quantitative and accurate supply of each supply unit through the timer and solenoid valves of the main supply line. The production system had no emission and zero pollution,creating conditions to further promote the application of aerosol technology in facility agriculture.
