牛至油对牦牛生长性能及血清指标的影响

Effects of oregano oil on growth and serum indexes of yaks

摘要: 为研究在牦牛日粮中添加不同剂量牛至油对牦牛生长及血清学指标的影响,设置了3个处理,其中对照组补饲精饲料,试验组在补饲精饲料中分别按每头牛10 g/d和20 g/d添加牛至油。结果表明,10 g/d组和20 g/d组分别与对照组在第3月增重存在显著差异(P<0.05),10 g/d组在第2个月的增重较第1个月增重间存在显著差异(P<0.05),第3个月的增重显著低于第2个月(P<0.05),其余体重指标均无显著差异。同时研究发现10 g/d组牦牛的α-羟丁酸(HBDH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而尿素氮(BUN)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,20 g/d组的α-羟丁酸(HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量显著高于10 g/d组(P<0.05),而葡萄糖(GLU)含量极显著低于10 g/d组(P<0.01)。总体而言,饲粮中添加10 g/d的牛至油对牦牛的生长性能和新陈代谢方面影响效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to study the effects of different doses of origanum oil in yak diet on growth and serological indexes of yaks, three treatments were set up. The control group was supplemented with concentrate feed, and the experimental group was supplemented with concentrate feed and origanum oil at 10 g/d and 20 g/d, respectively. The results showed that the weight gain of 10 g/d group and 20 g/d group was significantly different from that of the control group in the third month(P< 0.05). In the 10 g/d group, the weight gain in the second month was significantly lower than that in the first month (P< 0.05), and in the third month was significantly lower than that in the second month (P< 0.05), and there was no significant difference in other body weight indexes. At the same time, it was found that the contents of α-hydroxybutyric acid (HBDH) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the 10 g/d group were very significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.01), while the contents of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). In addition, the contents of α-hydroxybutyric acid (HBDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), indirect bilirubin (IBIL) and glucose (Glu) in the 20 g/d group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P< 0.05), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) content was significantly higher (P< 0.05), while GLU content was extremely lower (P< 0.01) than that in the 10 g/d group. In general, adding 10 g/d origanum oil to the diet has the best effect on the growth performance and metabolism of yaks.
