基于网络文本挖掘的西安大唐不夜城景区旅游体验提升路径研究

Study on the improving path of tourism experience of Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-bright City in Xi’an based on the web text mining

摘要: 旅游体验是游客对旅游区的环境和过程的感官和思维活动而经历的感受,贯穿在整个旅行的过程。提升游客旅游体验,可以增强景区的吸引力。以大唐不夜城景区为例,通过网络文本挖掘分析景区游客体验,据此提供旅游体验提升建议。研究发现,游客对景区体验总体满意,对人文景观和娱乐活动两方面体验性最好,对购物、住宿、餐饮感知较弱,在景区环境方面,游客体验较为“拥挤”。景区应深耕历史文化特色,打造持久吸引力,提升景区旅游服务,提高景区接待能力,以提升游客的旅游体验质量。

Abstract: Tourism experience is the feeling of tourists’ sensory and thinking activities about the scenic environment and tourism process throughout the traveling process. Improving the tourist experience can strengthen the attractiveness of scenic spots. Taking Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-bright City as an example, this paper analyzed tourist experience via the web text mining and proposed improvements. The study found that tourists were generally satisfied with the experience of scenic spots, especially the human landscape and entertainment activities, the perception of shopping, accommodation, and catering were at a low level, and in the aspect of environment, “overcrowded” was frequently mentioned. Scenic managers should focus on the history and cultural special features to keep enduring appeal and promote tourism service and tourism reception capacity to improve visitors’ tourism experience quality.
