生产回用水对再造烟叶产品的安全性评价

Application Research on the Safety Evaluation of Reconstituted Tobacco Products with Production Recycle-Water

摘要: 为研究再造烟叶生产废水处理回用系统产生的回用水对再造烟叶产品的安全性,对用净化回用水生产的再造烟叶产品进行了细菌回复突变试验(Ames试验)、中性红细胞毒性试验以及体外细胞微核试验3项体外毒理学测试。结果表明,再造烟叶生产废水零排放系统处理后的净化回用水适用于再造烟叶产品生产,为生产废水零排放系统的工业化应用提供了技术支持。

Abstract: In order to study the safety of recycle-water produced by reconstituted tobacco production wastewater treatment and reuse systems for the safety of reconstituted tobacco products, in this paper, there were three in vitro toxicology tests,the bacterial reverse mutation assay(Ames test),neutral red uptake assay, and in vitro micronucleus assay,which performed on reconstituted tobacco products produced from purified water. The results showed that the purified water reused after the zero discharge system of reconstituted tobacco production wastewater was suitable for the production of reconstituted tobacco products. The test results provide technical support for the industrial application of the zero discharge system of production wastewater.
