ICP-MS法测定软胶囊壳中二十七种无机元素的含量

Determination of 27 inorganic elements in soft capsule shell by ICP-MS

摘要: 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)测定5种维生素B软胶囊壳中27种无机元素含量的方法。样品经微波消解后,应用ICP-MS法测定软胶囊壳中Li、Be、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Rb、Sr、Ag、Cd、Cs、Ba、Tl、Pb、U、Hg等共27种无机元素的含量。结果显示,该方法中27 种元素和内标元素在一定浓度范围内的质量数比值均与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r≥0.999 0,仪器的检出限为0.002~1.010 μg/L,27种无机元素平均回收率为82.90%~110.82%,RSD≤5.41%(n=3)。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于软胶囊壳中无机元素含量的测定。

Abstract: A method for the determination of 27 inorganic elements in five vitamin B soft capsule shells by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established. After microwave digestion, the contents of 27 inorganic elements (Li, Be, Al, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Rb, Sr, Ag, Cd, Cs, Ba, Tl, Pb, U, Hg, etc) in soft capsules were determined by ICP-MS. The results showed that the mass-number ratios of 27 elements and internal standard elements within a certain concentration range had a good linear relationship with the concentration, with the correlation coefficient r≥0.999 0. The detection limits of the instrument were 0.002~1.010 μg/L. The average recoveries of 27 inorganic elements were 82.90%~110.82%, and the RSD was ≤ 5.41%(n=3). The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for the determination of inorganic elements in the soft capsule shell.
