非洲鸵鸟源乳酸菌的生物学特性研究

Study on biological characteristics of lactic acid bacteria from African ostrich

摘要: 为微生态制剂的制备提供候选菌株,对非洲鸵鸟(Struthio camelus)粪便中3株乳酸菌的生长特性、产酸性能以及耐酸、耐胆盐、耐药性进行研究。结果表明,非洲鸵鸟粪便中分离的3株乳酸菌(M1、M2、M3)培养6 h后进入对数生长期,14 h后达到稳定期,24 h后菌液pH稳定在4.92。3株乳酸菌间互相比较,M1有较好的耐酸性,M2、M3有较高的耐胆盐能力。3株乳酸菌对链霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素中度敏感,对四环素、氧氟沙星耐药。3株菌株具有很好的生物学特性,可应用于动物微生态制剂中。

Abstract: To provide candidate strains for the preparation of probiotics, the growth characteristics, acid production performance, acid resistance, bile salt resistance and drug resistance of 3 strains of lactic acid bacteria in the feces of African ostrich (Struthio camelus) were studied. The results showed that the three strains of lactic acid bacteria (M1, M2, M3) isolated from African ostrich feces entered the logarithmic growth phase after 6 h of culture, reached the stable phase after 14 h, and the pH of the bacterial solution was stable at 4.92 after 24 h. Among them, M1 has better acid resistance; M2 and M3 have higher resistance to bile salts. The three strains of lactic acid bacteria were not sensitive to streptomycin, kanamycin and gentamicin, but were resistant to tetracycline and ofloxacin. The three strains have good biological characteristics and can be used in animal microecological preparations.
