基于TGC的国际游客传统村落旅游感知分析——以安徽省宏村为例

Analysis of international tourists' perception of traditional village tourism based on TGC:A case study of Hongcun,Anhui province

摘要: 以安徽省宏村为例,依托Flickr、Tripadvisor和携程旅行网获取的游客生成内容(TGC)为数据基础,利用文本分析和空间分析的方法,对国际游客的综合感知及其空间趋向进行分析,并与国内游客进行比较。结果表明,国际游客对宏村的自然类旅游吸引物认知关注度较高,人文类旅游吸引物认知关注度次之,较国内游客而言,国际游客与村民的互动交流更少;国际游客对宏村的情感态度感知以正面为主,并产生了推荐游览的意愿及一定的口碑。然而较之国内游客而言,国际游客对地域文化的认知及情感感知仍较弱;国际游客对宏村的空间趋向分布不均衡,空间上集聚于近水区域,呈现热衷赏景游憩活动,对彰显区域文化的人文建筑景观附近集聚较少。依据国际游客在宏村的旅游感知特征,从宣传推广、管理提升以及原真性保护3个方面提出了相应对策建议,以期对未来中国传统村落入境旅游的保护与开发及政策制定提供参考。

Abstract: Takeing Hongcun,Anhui province as an example, based on the tourist generated content (TGC) obtained by Flickr, Tripadvisor and Ctrip Travel website. The perception of international tourists and their spatial preferences were analyzed and compared with domestic tourists. The results show that international tourists pay more attention to natural tourism attractions in Hongcun, followed by cultural tourism attractions. Compared with domestic tourists, international tourists have less interaction with villagers; International tourists' perception of Hongcun's emotional attitude is mainly positive, and they are willing to recommend sightseeing and have a certain reputation. However, compared with domestic tourists, international tourists' cognition and emotional perception of regional culture are still weaker; The spatial distribution of international tourists to Hongcun tends to be uneven. They gather in the near water area, showing keen scenic and recreational activities, and gather less near the cultural architectural landscape highlighting the regional culture. Based on the tourist perception characteristics of international tourists in Hongcun, corresponding suggestions are put forward from the aspects of promotion, management and authenticity protection, in order to provide reference for the protection, development and policy-making of inbound tourism in Chinese traditional villages in the future.
