Abstract: In order to effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand of “farmers are inorganic, agricultural machinery is landless”, a strategic matrix was constructed in combination with the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced of the development of Didi agricultural machinery, the SWOT analysis method was used to analyze the development status of Didi agricultural machinery. The results show that Didi agricultural machinery has been applied in agricultural production practice, but there are threats such as frequent false orders, uneven quality of agricultural machinery socialization services, vague pricing of agricultural machinery services, and agricultural machinery operation safety and service information security cannot be guaranteed, and the overall situation is still in the stage of exploration and development. On this basis, according to the advantages and characteristics of the development of Didi agricultural machinery, it is proposed to pilot and popularize in counties and cities in plain ares; Improve the user evaluation system and improve the service level of Didi agricultural machinery platform, and promote joint collaboration between similar platforms of Didi agricultural machinery with awards.
