喷施螯合态锌肥对水稻产量、锌含量和稻米品质的影响

Effects of spraying zinc chelate fertilizer on the grain yield, zinc content and quality of rice

摘要: 通过2年田间试验(2017 和 2018 年),探讨了潜在缺锌稻田中叶面喷施螯合态锌肥(氨基酸螯合锌、EDTA螯合锌、黄腐酸螯合锌)和普通硫酸锌对水稻产量、锌含量和稻米品质的影响。结果表明,螯合态锌肥对水稻产量、锌含量及品质提升优于普通硫酸锌,尤其是喷施0.3%黄腐酸螯合锌或0.3%氨基酸螯合锌处理可增加水稻叶片SPAD值和光合作用,提高水稻产量,与不施锌肥(CK)相比,水稻增产4.9%和4.7%; 与普通硫酸锌(0.3%)处理相比,水稻增产2.1%和2.0%,主要是千粒重和结实率增加。同时,螯合态锌肥对水稻子粒锌含量和品质改善有显著影响。与普通硫酸锌处理(0.3%)相比,喷施0.3%氨基酸螯合锌或0.3%黄腐酸锌精米锌含量分别增加33.7%和29.3%,整精米率分别增加7.8%和6.7%,蛋白质含量分别增加29.1%和28.3%。以上结果表明,喷施0.3%氨基酸螯合锌或0.3%黄腐酸螯合锌可在湖北潜江和荆州潜在缺锌稻田中推荐施用。

Abstract: The field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of foliar application of zinc chelate fertilizers(zinc-amino acid chelate, zinc-EDTA chelate, zinc-fulvic acid chelate) and zinc sulfate on the grain yield, zinc content and quality of rice in two years (2017 and 2018). The results showed that zinc chelate fertilizer could improve the grain yield, zinc content and quality compared with zinc sulfate. Especially, SPAD, photosynthesis and the grain yield were significantly increased in the foliar application of 0.3% zinc-fulvic acid chelate or 0.3% zinc-amino acid chelate. Compared with no zinc fertilizer (CK), the grain yield was increased by 4.9% and 4.7%, and compared with zinc sulfate (0.3%), the grain yield was increased by 2.1% and 2.0%, mainly due to the increase of 1 000 grain weight and seed setting rate. At the same time, zinc content and quality of rice were promoted by spraying zinc chelate fertilizer. Compared with zinc sulfate (0.3%), the zinc content of milled rice, the head rice rate and the protein content were increased by 33.7% and 29.3%, 7.8% and 6.7%, 29.1% and 28.3% in the foliar application of 0.3% zinc-fulvic acid chelate or 0.3% zinc-amino acid chelate, respectively. It suggests that the application rate of 0.3% zinc-amino acid chelate or 0.3% zinc-fulvic acid chelate could be recommended in the potential zinc deficient paddy fields.
