陕西省绞股蓝总黄酮抗氧化及抑菌活性研究

Study on antioxidant and bacteriostatic activities of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino in Shaanxi province

摘要: 通过陕西省绞股蓝总黄酮对ABTS、超氧阴离子及DPPH自由基的清除能力来评价其抗氧化性能,并采用半数稀释法测定绞股蓝总黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、粪链球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和普通变形杆菌等5种常见致病菌的最低抑制浓度。结果表明,绞股蓝总黄酮对ABTS、超氧阴离子及DPPH自由基均具有一定的清除能力,且对超氧阴离子及DPPH自由基清除能力较强;绞股蓝总黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌等5种致病菌均有一定的抑制作用,其中对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用较强。

Abstract: The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb.) Makino in Shaanxi province was evaluated by scavenging ABTS, superoxide anion and DPPH free radical. The minimum inhibitory concentration of total flavonoids from Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus faecalis, Bacillus subtilis and Proteus vulgaris were determined by half dilution method. The results showed that the total flavonoids extracted from Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino had certain scavenging ability in ABTS, superoxide anion and DPPH free radicals. In particular, it had strong scavenging ability in superoxide anion and DPPH free radicals. It had a certain inhibitory effect on 5 kinds of pathogenic bacteria, especially Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
