校园昆虫群落组成及其与环境因子相关性分析

Study on correlation between insect community structure and environmental factors in the campus

摘要: 为探讨校园昆虫群落组成与环境因子的关系,对台州学院椒江校区校园内4种生境(1-3区:高人为干扰、高植物盖度,4-6区:高人为干扰、低植物盖度,7-9区:低人为干扰、低植物盖度,10-12区:低人为干扰、高植物盖度)的昆虫进行了系统调查。结果表明,共采集了昆虫14 972头,隶属于9目121科277种,其中半翅目、双翅目、膜翅目昆虫为校园昆虫的优势类群。不同环境中,低人为干扰、高植物盖度的样地昆虫多样性最高,高人为干扰、低植物盖度最低,4种生境的昆虫多样性指数分别为1.16、0.80、1.41、1.49,丰富度指数分别为19.4、22.0、27.5、22.5。不同生境中昆虫种类和数量受植被盖度、人为干扰的影响最大,通过影响校园昆虫的生活环境,进而影响校园昆虫群落组成和分布格局。

Abstract: To explore the relationship between insect community composition and environmental factors in the campus of Taizhou University, a systematic survey of insects in four habitats (1-3 district: High anthropogenic disturbance, high plant coverage; 4-6 District: High anthropogenic disturbance, low plant coverage; 7-9 district: Low anthropogenic disturbance, low plant coverage;10-12 district: Low anthropogenic disturbance, high plant coverage) on campus was carried out. A total of 14 972 insects were collected, belonging to 277 species, 121 section, 9 orders, among which, Hemiptera, Diptera and Hymenoptera were the dominant taxa. The diversity index of four areas was 1.16, 0.80, 1.41, 1.49 and the species richness index was 19.4, 22.0, 27.5, 22.5 respectively. The results showed that the species and numbers of insects in different habitats were most heavily affected by vegetation coverage and human disturbance, which affected the community structuure and the distribution pattern of insects by the change of the campus environment.
