饲料中添加不同含量的硒对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼生长性能和血液参数的影响

Effects of dietary selenium on growth performance and blood parameters of juvenile Yellow River carp

摘要: 为研究饲料中添加不同含量的硒(Se)对黄河鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)幼鱼生长性能和血液参数的影响,选取240尾初体重(17.21±1.73)g、初体长(11.11±0.46)cm的健康黄河鲤鱼幼鱼为研究对象,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾,分别在饲料中添加0(对照组)、0.25、0.50、1.00 mg/kg的亚硒酸钠,测定黄河鲤鱼的生长性能和各项血液参数。结果表明,①饲料中添加不同含量的硒显著提高了黄河鲤鱼幼鱼的终末体重(P<0.05),不同程度地提高了黄河鲤鱼幼鱼增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR),其中0.50 mg/kg组的WGR、SGR显著高于对照组(P<0.05),饵料系数(FCR)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);饲料中硒水平对黄河鲤鱼幼鱼成活率(SR)无显著影响(P>0.05)。②随着饲料中硒含量的增加,黄河鲤鱼幼鱼中红细胞数量(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(Hb)以及平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)有所升高;在0.50 mg/kg组Hb最大,在1.00 mg/kg组RBC和MCHC最大,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);平均红细胞体积(MCV)和红细胞平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)随饲料硒含量的增加而降低,于1.00 mg/kg组达最低,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血细胞比容(Hct)不受饲料硒含量的影响。黄河鲤鱼幼鱼饲料中硒的最适添加量为0.50 mg/kg。

Abstract: To study the effects of dietary selenium (Se) on growth performance and blood parameters of juvenile Yellow River carp, a total of 240 healthy Yellow River carp juveniles, with initial body weight of (17.21±1.73) g and initial body length of (11.11±0.46) cm, were selected as the research objects. The fishes were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 3 replicates in each group and 20 replicates in each group 0 (control group), 0.25, 0.50 and 1.00 mg/kg sodium selenite were added to the dietary of each group, respectively. The experimental fishes were fed with basic diet for one week, and then the formal experiment was carried out for eight weeks. After the experiment, the growth performance and blood parameters of fishes were measured. The results showed that the final body weight of Yellow River carp juveniles was significantly increased by adding different contents of selenium in the dietary (P<0.05), The weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate (SGR) of Yellow River carp were increased in different degrees. The WGR and SGR of 0.50 mg/kg group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the feed coefficient rate(FCR) was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Dietary selenium level had no significant effect on the survival rate (SR) of juvenile Yellow River carp (P>0.05). With the increase of selenium content in dietary, the number of red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin content (Hb) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) of juvenile Yellow River carp were increased. The Hb was reached maximum in 0.50 mg/kg group, but the RBC and MCHC were reached maximum in 1.00 mg/kg group, which were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) decreased with the increase of dietary selenium content, and reached the lowest level in 1.00 mg/kg group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Hematocrit (Hct) was not affected by selenium content in dietary. The optimum selenium content in the dietary of Yellow River carp was 0.50 mg/kg.
