八种杀线剂对南方根结线虫的毒杀活性测试

Toxicidal activity of eight kinds of nematicides against Meloidogyne incognita

摘要: 为筛选出高效低毒的烟草根结线虫病防治药剂,采用浸虫法测试了8种低毒杀线(虫)剂对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)J2幼虫的毒杀活性。结果表明,8种供试药剂以阿维菌素B2、噻唑膦和氟吡菌酰胺的毒杀效果较好,以50 μg/mL处理24 h时线虫的校正死亡率均为100.00%。毒力测试结果表明,阿维菌素B2、噻唑膦和氟吡菌酰胺处理J2幼虫24 h的LC50分别为0.56、8.30、6.24 μg/mL,以阿维菌素B2的毒杀效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to screen out effective and low toxicity nematicides for control of tobacco root-knot nematode disease, toxicidal activity of eight hypotoxicity pesticides against the J2 larvae of Meloidogyne incognita was tested by pest-immersion method. The results showed that of above eight pesticides, the abamectin B2, fosthiazate and fluopyram produced excellent toxicity, and all of the three pesticides caused 100.00% of corrected mortality with a concentration of 50 μg/mL at 24 h post-treatment. Further tests showed that abamectin B2, fosthiazate and fluopyram produced 0.56, 8.30 and 6.24 μg/mL of LC50 against J2 larvae at 24 h post-treatment, correspondingly. Of the three pesticides, abamectin B2 showed best toxicidal activity against the Meloidogyne incognita.
