Abstract: Based on the feedback from experts and the analysis of research data through field research and exchange with experts, six criteria layers were constructed in terms of geographical location, product characteristics, creative ideas, market demand, government decision making and economic development, and 25 evaluation factors layers were established to constitute the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture development in Shangluo city. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the development of leisure agriculture in Shangluo city. The results showed that the affiliation of the best development of leisure agriculture in Shangluo city was 0.359 8, and the affiliation of better development was 0.359 3. The evaluation results were more comprehensive and objective, and to a certain extent the results can indicate the overall good trend of leisure agriculture development in Shangluo city. At the same time, the suggestions and measures to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Shangluo city on a regular basis were put forward.
