摘要: 以辽宁省部分农村电子商务示范区县为研究对象,构建辽宁省电子商务发展水平评价指标体系;采用三角模糊熵-熵值法,分析辽宁省农村电子商务发展的水平。结果表明,辽宁省农村电子商务发展水平总体较为落后;电商示范县的发展水平高于非示范县,但差距不大。基于分析结果,提出了农村电子商务发展的建议。

Abstract: Taking some rural e-commerce demonstration districts and counties in Liaoning province as the research object, an evaluation index system of the e-commerce development level of Liaoning province was constructed; using the triangular fuzzy entropy-entropy method, the level of rural e-commerce development in Liaoning province was analyzed. The results showed that the development level of rural e-commerce in Liaoning province was relatively backward; the development level of e-commerce demonstration counties was higher than that of non-demonstration counties, but the gap was not large. Based on the analysis results, some suggestions for the development of rural e-commerce were put forward.
