孔雀组织滴虫与沙门氏菌混合感染的诊断与分析

Diagnosis and analysis of mixed infection of histomoniasis and Salmonella in peacock

摘要: 通过临床观察、镜检观察、细菌分离鉴定、PCR扩增诊断分析1例病死孔雀死亡的原因,结果显示,病例病变部位主要在肝脏和盲肠,肝脏表面形成黄白色相间的坏死点;盲肠肿大,盲肠黏膜及黏膜下层充血、出血和溃疡,初步怀疑为组织滴虫病;核糖体18S rDNA的扩增测序分析显示该片段与火鸡组织滴虫的同源性为97.4%~100.0%;从肝脏中分离到1株仅对恩诺沙星高敏、对18种药物不敏感、对8种药物中敏的沙门氏菌。推断孔雀死亡是由火鸡组织滴虫和沙门氏菌混合感染引起。

Abstract: To analysis the cause of death in peacock,clinical observation, microscopy observation, bacterial isolation and identificationand PCR amplification were used. The result showed that the lesions were mainly in the liver and cecum. The surface of liver had yellow and white spots of necrosis. The cecum was enlargement and the cecum mucosa and submucosa was congestion, bleeding and ulceration. Thus, this case was initially suspected to be histomoniasis. The homology of 18S rDNA fragment with Histomonas meleagridis was 97.4%~100.0%. A Salmonella strain was isolated from the liver, which was only sensitive to enrofloxacin, insensitive to 18 drugs and medium sensitive to 8 drugs. It was concluded that causing the death of peacocks were the mixed infection of Histomonas meleagridis and Salmonella.
