气候因子对灰枣品质的影响

Effects of climate factors on the quality of gray jujube

摘要: 为探究影响若羌灰枣品质的关键气候因素,以2019年新疆若羌和河南新郑气候数据为基础,利用试验对比的方式,分析和探究气候因素对灰枣外观、糖分含量、酸、维生素C、蛋白质及矿物元素的影响。结果表明,气象因子对灰枣不同品质指标的影响不同且差异较大,其中,对灰枣单果重、蛋白质、果形指数和可溶性总糖影响最大的气象因子分别为平均温差、平均气温、平均最高气温、日照时数和总降水量;Mg含量的主要影响气象因子为最大湿度;维生素C和可溶性总糖的主要气象影响因子为平均最低气温和平均相对湿度。

Abstract: In order to further explore the key climatic factors affecting the quality of Ruoqiang gray jujube, based on the observed climate data of Ruoqiang and Xinzheng in 2019, the effects of climatic factors on the appearance, sugar content, acid, VC, protein and mineral elements of gray jujube were analyzed and explored by means of experimental comparison. The results showed that the influence of meteorological factors on different quality indexes of gray jujube was different and varied greatly, among which the meteorological factors that had the greatest influence on single fruit weight, protein, fruit shape index and soluble total sugar of huizao were average temperature difference, average temperature, average maximum temperature, sunshine hours and total precipitation, respectively; The main meteorological factor affecting Mg content was the maximum humidity; The main meteorological factors of VC and total soluble sugar were average lowest temperature and average relative humidity.
