乌鲁木齐市基层公务员公共服务动机对工作绩效的影响研究

Research on the influence of public service motivation of grass-roots civil servants in Urumqi city on work performance

摘要: 公共服务动机是促进个体以公共利益为目标而行动的先导,为了进一步探讨基层公务员公共服务动机水平的提升机制,以乌鲁木齐市353位基层公务员为研究对象,通过对数据的回归分析研究其公共服务动机对工作绩效的影响。结果表明,公共服务动机在乌鲁木齐市基层公务员群体中普遍存在,并且其公共服务动机处于较高水平,其中公共参与吸引和自我牺牲均对乌鲁木齐市基层公务员的工作绩效产生积极影响,并提出以提升公共服务动机水平来改善乌鲁木齐市基层公务员工作绩效等相关建议。

Abstract: Public service motivation is the guide for promoting individuals to act for the purpose of public interest. In order to further explore the mechanism for improving the level of public service motivation of grass-roots civil servants, 353 grass-roots civil servants in Urumqi city were selected as the research object, and the impact of public service motivation on job performance was studied through regression analysis of data. The results show that public service motivation is common in Urumqi grass-roots civil servants, and public service motivation is at a high level. The attration of public participation and self sacrifice have a positive impact on the work performance of grass-roots civil servants in Urumqi, and put forward relevant suggestions to improve the performance of Urumqi grass-roots civil servants by improving the level of public service motivation.
