Abstract: It is an important measure to explore diversified compensation modes for mining rights withdrawal to comply with the withdrawal trend and improve the exit efficiency. Value evaluation is the precondition of mining right withdrawal compensation. Based on the introduction of cost accounting and value measurement, combined with the practice of the withdrawal of mining rights in nature reserves in China, this paper studied the cash compensation mode of Chongqing, the enterprise transformation mode of Qinghai Western Mining Company and the displacement mode of Guizhou Yongji Mining Company, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each mode. Finally, the specific path to improve the diversification exit compensation was proposed.
