摘要/Abstract

摘要： 基于山东省青岛市212名农户的调查数据,运用因子分析法测度了农户的数字资本和个体动态能力,并以个体动态能力作为中介变量,探讨农户数字资本对其增收稳定性的影响及作用路径。结果表明,农户的数字资本能够直接显著正向影响其增收稳定性;个体动态能力在农户数字资本与其增收稳定性之间发挥了部分中介作用,间接影响农户增收稳定性。基于此,从提升数字资源接触和数字应用能力两方面分别提出政策建议,具体包括从硬件建设和政策设计方面提升农户的数字资源接触,利用农业农村数字化转型的机遇提升农户数字应用能力。以期在数字经济时代能够更好地提升农户数字资本,助力数字乡村发展并促进农户收入稳定增长。

Abstract: Based on the survey data of 212 farmers in Qingdao city, Shandong province, this paper used factor analysis method to measure the farmers' digital capital and their individual dynamic capability, then adopted the individual dynamic capacity as a mediation variable to verify the influence of farmers' digital capital on the stability of their income. The results show that farmers' digital capital can directly and significantly affect the stability of income. The individual dynamic capacity takes a part of mediating effect between farmers' digital capital and the stability of their income, which indirectly affects the stability of farmers' income. Therefore, this paper puts forward policy suggestions from the aspects of improving digital access and digital capability, including improving farmers' digital access from hardware construction and policy design,taking advantage of the digital transformation of agriculture and rural to enhance farmers' digital capability. In order to better enhance farmers' digital capital in digital economy era, and promote the development of digital rural and the steady growth of farmers' income.
