壮药穿根藤质量标准研究

Quality standards of Zhuang medicine Psychotria serpens L.

摘要: 对穿根藤(Psychotria serpens L.)药材进行性状及显微鉴别研究;以车叶草苷为对照品,采用薄层色谱法对穿根藤进行性状鉴别;按2015年版《中国药典》附录方法对各产地药材进行水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物测定;采用高效液相色谱法测定穿根藤中车叶草苷的含量。结果表明,对穿根藤药材的性状、显微特征进行了描述,且薄层色谱图中主斑点分离度好、清晰,鉴别特征稳定可靠;拟定穿根藤水分不得超过13%,总灰分不得超过8%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过0.9%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于21%;车叶草苷的质量分数不得少于0.10%。所建立的方法操作简便,准确可靠,重复性好,制订的质量标准限度合理,可用于穿根藤药材的质量控制。

Abstract: The characteristics and microscopic identification of Psychotria serpens L. were studied. With asperuloside as the reference substance,TLC was applied in the qualitative identification of it. Moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash and extractives in Psychotria serpens L. was determined based on the approaches in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in 2015,and the content of asperuloside was analyzed by HPLC. The results showed that the characteristics and microscopic identification of Psychotria serpens L. were described,with stable and reliable identification characteristics. The main spots in TLC were clear,with a good separation. The limits for moisture, total ash and acid insoluble ash in Psychotria serpens L. shall be less than 13.00%, 8.00% and 0.9%, respectively, and the limits for the extractives and the content of asperuloside shall be morethan 21.00% and 0.10%. The method established is simple, accurate and reliable, and the standard limit is reasonable, whic can be used to control the quality of Psychotria serpens L.
