灰色多元回归模型在文丘里施肥器吸肥性能优化中的应用

Application of grey multiple regression model in optimizing the absorption performance of venturi fertilizer

摘要: 为有效提高文丘里施肥器的工作性能,对文丘里施肥器进行了相关试验,将伯努利方程作为基本计算方程,通过灰色关联理论分析压差、进口流量比、肥液浓度、肥液质量分数对文丘里吸肥性能的影响大小,再对各个影响因素进行多元回归分析,建立文丘里施肥器吸肥量的优化预测模型。结果表明,在0.02~0.12 MPa的压差区间下,各因素对文丘里施肥器吸肥量的影响大小排序依次为肥液质量分数、压差、进口流量比、肥液浓度,文丘里施肥器吸肥量的预测方程为Y=-0.565 8-76.151 2X1+1.254 3X2+138.504 2X3+1.992 5X4

Abstract: In order to effectively improve the working performance of the venturi fertilizer applicator, related experiments were carried out on the commonly used venturi fertilizer applicator, using the Bernoulli equation as the basic calculation equation, and the pressure difference, inlet flow ratio, fertilizer liquid concentration were analyzed by gray correlation theory. The effect of the mass fraction of fertilizer solution on the performance of venturi fertilizer absorption, and then multiple regression analysis of each influencing factor to establish an optimized prediction model for the amount of fertilizer absorbed by the venturi fertilizer. The test results showed that the pressure difference was between 0.02 and 0.12 MPa under the interval, the order of the influence of various factors on the amount of fertilizer absorption of the Venturi fertilizer applicator wereMass fraction of fertilizer liquid, pressure difference, inlet flow ratio, concentration of fertilizer solution, and the prediction equation of the amount of fertilizer absorption of the venturi fertilizer applicator was Y=-0.565 8-76.151 2X1+1.254 3X2+138.504 2X3+1.992 5X4.
