离子交换法分离L-丝氨酸的试验研究

Experimental research on the separation of L-serine by ion exchange method

摘要: 通过研究201×7、AB-8、D301R、DAION PA312共4种离子交换树脂对L-丝氨酸的吸附和脱附能力,筛选出最佳树脂为DAION PA312阴离子交换树脂,并确定了最佳的吸附与脱附工艺参数,即吸附条件:上样溶液pH=9,吸附时间为20 min,实际交换容量为94.25 mg/g;脱附条件:洗脱液为0.2 mol/L的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=5),洗脱流速为0.4 mL/min。结果表明,DAION PA312树脂对L-丝氨酸的吸附量大,吸附时间较短,适用于L-丝氨酸的分离纯化。

Abstract: By studying the adsorption and desorption ability of four different kinds of ion exchange resins named 201×7, AB-8, D301R and DAION PA312 to L-serine, the better resin named DAION PA312 was selected, and the best adsorption and desorption process parameters were also determined. Adsorption conditionsThe sample solution pH=9, the adsorption time was 20min, the actual exchange capacity was 94.25 mg/g; Desorption conditionsEluent was 0.2mol/L of phosphate buffer solution (pH=5), elution flow rate was 0.4 mL/min. The results showed that DAION PA312 had a high adsorption amount and lower adsorption time, which was suitable for the separation and purification of L-serine.
