三种党参不同炮制品对脾虚模型大鼠肠道菌群的影响

Effects of three different processed products of Radix codonopsis on the intestinal flora of rats with spleen deficiency

摘要: 采用大黄苦寒泻下法建立大鼠脾虚模型,观察3种党参不同炮制品对脾虚大鼠肠道菌群的调节作用,设置正常组、模型组、党参生品组、米党参组、蜜党参组,连续给予对应的药品,检测试验前后肠道菌群的数量变化。结果表明,正常组、模型组大鼠肠道菌群数量无明显变化;米党参组大鼠造模成功后给药,肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量增多,大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌数量减少;党参生品组、蜜党参组大鼠造模后给药,肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量增多,且相比米党参组数量增加较少,大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌数量减少,恢复正常水平。3种党参不同炮制品对脾虚大鼠肠道菌群具有明显的调节作用,且米党参对脾虚大鼠的调节作用相比党参生品、蜜党参更优。

Abstract: A rat model of spleen deficiency was established by the method of purging the bitter cold from rhubarb, the regulating effect of three different processed products of Radix codonopsis on the intestinal flora of rats with spleen deficiency were observed. The normal group, model group, Radix codonopsis group, Mi Radix codonopsis group, and honey Radix codonopsis group were set up,and continuously give corresponding drugs to detect the changes in the number of intestinal flora before and after the experiment. Results showed that the number of intestinal flora of rats in the normal group and the model group did not change significantly; after the rats of the Mi Radix codonopsis group were successfully modeled, the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the intestine increased, and the number of Escherichia coli and staphylococcus decreased; Radix codonopsis after the rats in the raw product group and the Radix codonopsis group were administered, the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli in the intestinal tract increased, and the number of Escherichia coli and staphylococcus decreased compared with the number of Radix codonopsis group, returning to near normal levels. The three different processed products of Radix codonopsis have obvious regulating effect on the intestinal flora of rats with spleen deficiency, and the regulating effect of Radix codonopsis on spleen deficiency rats was better than that of raw Radix codonopsis and honey Radix codonopsis.
