贵州省高原水体浮游动物对抗生素的富集特征

Characteristic of antibiotics accumulation by zooplankton in Guizhou province plateau waters

摘要: 以贵州省红枫湖、百花湖、阿哈水库及草海湿地为研究对象,收集其水库及湿地中的浮游动物,通过测定体中的抗生素含量,并结合水体中的相关水质参数,探讨高原水库及湿地中的浮游动物对抗生素的富集特征。结果表明,草海湿地浮游动物对抗生素磺胺对甲氧嘧啶有明显的累积作用,最高浓度含量为5.07 ng/g。水体中的浮游动物对抗生素富集有明显的季节差异,其主要是由浮游动物群落季节变化引起。此外,浮游动物对抗生素富集含量明显受到水体中的TN(总氮)、TP(总磷)及叶绿素a含量的浓度限制,且浮游动物体中的抗生素与富营养因子TN、TP及叶绿素a呈明显负相关,特别是抗生素脱水红霉素在浮游动物体的富集较为明显。

Abstract: Zooplankton were collected from Hongfeng lake, Baihua lake, Aha reservoir and Caohai wetland, antibiotics of zooplankton and water quality parameter were determined in order to understand characteristic of antibiotics accumulation by zooplankton in Guizhou province plateau waters. The results showed that the phytoplankton in Caohai wetland had a significant cumulative effect on the antibiotic sulfamethoxine, and the highest concentration was 5.07 ng/g. There were obvious seasonal differences in the concentration of antibiotics in zooplankton, which was mainly caused by the seasonal changes of zooplankton community. In addition, the enrichment of antibiotics in zooplankton was limited by the concentration of TN(total nitrogen), TP(total phosphorus) and chlorophyll a in water, and there was a significant negative correlation between the concentration of antibiotics in zooplankton and the nutrient factors TN, TP and chlorophyll a, especially the concentration of the antibiotic erythromycin dehydrated in zooplankton.
