摘要: 综述了多倍体水稻全生育期智能育种工厂通过对光谱、光照度、光照时长、温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度等方面的调控,实现了室内一年3~4代的加代快繁;其次在多倍体水稻种质创建以及杂交选育中可抛开季节性限制进行水稻倍性形态学鉴定以及杂交种胚挽救苗的繁殖;利用花药培养单倍体快速加代稳定的同时,结合基因芯片进行基因检测等高科技育种辅助手段,在智能育种工厂里淘汰含不良性状的单株,保留含优良性状的单株移栽到大田进行扩繁和鉴定,最终选育出达到育种目标的新品系。

Abstract: This paper summarized that through the regulation of spectrum, light intensity, light duration, temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration,the intelligent breeding plant of polyploid rice in the whole growth period had realized the rapid propagation of 3~4 generations a year;Secondly, in the establishment of polyploid rice germplasm and hybrid breeding, seasonal restrictions could be put aside for rice ploidy morphological identification and hybrid embryo rescue seedling propagation; In addition, while using anther culture for haploid rapid generation and stability, combined with gene chip gene detection and other high-tech breeding auxiliary means, it could eliminate the single plant with bad characters in the intelligent breeding factory, retain the single plant with good characters, transplant it to the field for propagation and identification, and finally select a new line to achieve the breeding goal.
