Situation and countermeasure of the research and application of factory-cultivated tea tree seedling equipment in China

摘要: 茶树工厂化育苗是茶叶生产的关键一环,不仅节约温室育苗土地,缩短育苗周期,而且便于集约化管理。对工厂化育苗生产中基质处理、茶穗扦插、苗床土培、穴盘清洗等劳动密集环节装备的研究及应用状况进行了介绍,剖析中国茶树工厂化育苗存在的不足,并提出针对性的对策建议,以期为中国茶树工厂化育苗的可持续发展提供经验和启示。

Abstract: Factory seedling cultivation of tea trees is a key link in tea production, which not only saves the land of greenhouse and shorten the period of seedlings cultivation, but also facilitates intensive management. In this paper introduces the research and application status of labor-intensive equipment in factory seedling production, such as substrate treatment, tea cutting, soil culture in seedling bed, and hole plate cleaning, analyzes the shortage of our country tea factory nursery and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to the sustainable development of China's tea factory nursery provides some experience and enlightenment.
