不同大蒜品种栽培农艺性状比较试验

Comparison test on agronomic traits of different garlic cultivars

摘要: 为筛选出适合湖北种植的大蒜(Allium sativum L.)品种,对收集的13个大蒜品种的单株重和鳞茎重进行了比较研究,并进行了聚类分析。结果表明,品31的单株重和鳞茎重均最高,而且抗病性较强,适合在湖北栽培;汉源大蒜的单株重较高,抗病性较强,作为蒜苗品种适合在湖北栽培。相关性分析结果显示,主要生育性状指标中,单株重和株高、假茎长、假茎粗、最大叶长、最大叶宽呈极显著正相关;鳞茎生育指标中,鳞茎重和鳞芽重、鳞茎横径、鳞茎纵径、鳞芽横径呈极显著正相关。试验结果可为大蒜品种选择提供科学依据。

Abstract: The comparative test on single plant and bulb weight of thirteen collected garlic cultivars was conducted to screen suitable Allium sativum varieties for local growing respectively, and cluster analysis was performed. The results showed the highest weight per plant and bulb which have better disease resistance should be local popularized, weight per plant and bulb which was suitable for native cultivaring. The correlation analysis showed that the plant height, pseudostem length and diameter, maximum leaf length and width had extremely significantly positive correlation with the plant weight, the clove weight, bulb diameter, bulb height and clove back width had extremely significantly positive correlation with the bulb weight. The results could provide scientific basis for garlic variety selection.
