利用河道底泥制备生态修复基料

Ecological remediation base material prepared from river sediment

摘要: 河道底泥有机质含量高,污染水体,易造成二次污染。为无害化利用底泥,以河道底泥为原料,制备生态修复基料,探讨其制备工艺、性能。结果表明,最佳配比为水泥5%、底泥14%、沙壤土73%、稻草粉碎物2%、水4%、菌液2%。生态修复基料抗折强度为0.65 MPa,抗压强度为1.185 MPa,孔隙率为17.46%,吸水率为13%,有一定强度,可用于护坡,可满足植物生长营养需求。

Abstract: The content of organic matter in river sediment is high, which pollutes water body and easily causes secondary pollution. In order to make harmless use of sediment, the river sediment was used as raw materials to prepare the ecological restoration base material, and the preparation technology and performance of the base material were discussed. The results showed that the optimal ratio was cement 5%, sediment 14%, sandy loam 73%, straw pulverized material 2%, water 4% and bacterial liquid 2%. The flexural strength, compressive strength, porosity and water absorption of the ecological remediation base material were 0.65 MPa, 1.185 MPa, 17.46% and 13%, which had certain strength and could be used for slope protection and met the nutritional needs of plant growth.
