Comparison of vitamin D3 distribution and content of three different shellfish

摘要: 以白蛤、花蛤、青蛤为试验原料,研究不同部位维生素D3的分布及含量差异性。采用直接萃取法分别提取白蛤、花蛤和青蛤的肉及内脏中维生素D3,高效液相色谱检测不同蛤肉和内脏中维生素D3的分布及含量。结果表明,贝类不同部位提取的维生素D3均在264 nm有特征吸收。花蛤肉中维生素D3含量最高达到10.9±0.7 μg/g,而青蛤内脏中维生素D3含量显著低于白蛤和花蛤内脏中维生素D3含量。

Abstract: The distribution and content differences of vitamin D3 in different parts were studied by using Mactra veneriformis, Paphia undulata and Cyclina sinensis as experimental materials. Direct extraction method was used to extract vitamin D3 from clam meat and viscera of Mactra veneriformis, Paphia undulata and Cyclina sinensis respectively. High performance liquid chromatography was used to detect the distribution and content of vitamin D3 in different clams and viscera. The results showed that the vitamin D3 extracted from different parts of shellfish was absorbed at 264 nm. The content of vitamin D3 in Paphia undulata meat was as high as 10.9±0.7 μg/g, while the content of vitamin D3 in the viscera of Cyclina sinensis was significantly lower than that in the viscera of Mactra veneriformis and Paphia undulata.
