EGS Technology Economic Simulation Tool GEOPHIRES and Its Application-Update Report Based on NREL

摘要: 近年来,在钻井、压裂、微地震预测、数值模拟等方面的技术取得了极大地进步,干热岩地热能商业化开发利用已经成为可能。国外EGS项目的实践已有40多年的历史,科学评估EGS项目的风险、不确定性和经济性成为能否商业化的关键问题。因此,欧洲和美国分别开发了具有代表性的EURONAUT和GEOPHIRES软件包供科研和工程人员对EGS项目进行技术经济分析。基于美国国家可再生能源实验室(NREL)2018年2月发布的更新报告,通过文献分析,介绍了EGS技术经济仿真工具GEOPHIRES v2.0的框架、参数体系和特性,并在两种不同类型EGS项目中进行了应用研究。使用GEOPHIRES工具一方面对于分析研究中国干热岩地热能开发与利用的关键影响因素和完善技术经济评价理论与方法具有借鉴作用;另一方面,对于开发编制适应中国国情和资源特点的干热岩项目技术经济仿真软件具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: : With the advancement of technologies in drilling, fracturing, micro-earthquake prediction and numerical simulation in recent years in science and technology and industry, commercial development and utilization of geothermal energy in hot dry rock has become possible. The practice of foreign EGS projects has a history of more than 40 years. Scientific assessment of the risks, uncertainties, and economics of EGS projects has become a key issue for commercialization. Therefore, Europe and the United States have separately developed the representative EURONAUT and GEOPHIRES software packages for scientific and engineering personnel to perform technical and economic analysis of EGS projects. Based on the updated report released by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in February 2018, and based on literature analysis, the paper introduces the framework, parameter system, and features of the EEG technology economic simulation tool GEOPHIRES v2.0, and introduces two different types. Applied research was conducted in the EGS project. The GEOPHIRES tool can be used as a reference for the analysis and study of the key influential factors for the development and utilization of geothermal energy in hot dry rock in China and for the improvement of the theory and methods for the evaluation of technology and economy; on the other hand, it is used for the development and preparation of dry hot rock projects adapted to China's national conditions and resource characteristics. Technical and economic simulation software has important guiding significance.
