摘要: 为改善气象专业化观测站点稀疏、气象为农服务互动相对匮乏的情形,山东省气象局开展了以基层气象部门为中心、以新型农民为主体的气象为农服务网络体系建设工作,所搭建的“新农民·气象哨”网络成为气象部门广布田间的腿和眼,共同构成了气象服务信息传播、采集、反馈快捷网,为推动气象趋利与避害、气象服务乡村全面振兴工作提供了范例。

Abstract: In order to improve the situation that meteorological specialized observation stations were sparse and the interaction of meteorological services for agriculture was relatively scarce, Shandong Meteorological Bureau had carried out the construction of the network system of meteorological services for agriculture with basic-level meteorological departments as the center and new farmers as the main body. The “New Farmers Meteorological Sentry” network had become the leg and eye of meteorological departments in the field, and together constituted a quick network of meteorological service information dissemination, collection and feedback, which provided an example for promoting the meteorological benefits and avoiding disasters, and meteorological guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
