复合树脂对磷酸盐的动态吸附研究

Study on the Dynamic Adsorption of Phosphate by Composite Resin

摘要: 研究HFO-N和HFO-B两种复合树脂对磷酸盐的动态吸附特性,考察两种树脂的固定床穿透曲线、吸附-解吸性能以及解吸后的再吸附行为。结果表明,HFO-N复合树脂穿透时间比HFO-B复合树脂长,穿透时间为1 610 h;其处理体积数远高于HFO-B复合树脂,穿透体积数高达8 050 BV;其对磷酸盐的穿透吸附量为401.48 mg。HFO-B复合树脂中吸附的磷酸盐在两次解吸中均得到了良好的解吸效果,而HFO-N复合树脂解吸耗时较长且解吸率较低。HFO-B复合树脂的解吸过程没有影响后续其对磷酸盐的吸附性能。

Abstract: : The dynamic adsorption characteristics of phosphates on HFO-N and HFO-B composite resins were examined. The fixed bed breakthrough curves, adsorption-desorption performance and the resorbed behavior of the two resins were investigated. The results showed that the penetration time of HFO-N composite resin was longer than that of HFO-B composite resin, and the penetration time was 1 610 h; The treatment volume of HFO-N composite resin was also much higher than that of HFO-B composite resin, and the penetration volume was as high as 8 050 BV; The absorbed amount was 401.48 mg. The phosphate adsorbed in the HFO-B composite resin had a good desorption effect in both desorption process. The desorption of HFO-N composite resin took a long time and the desorption rate was lower. The desorption process of HFO-B composite resin did not affect its subsequent adsorption of phosphate.
