Abstract: Through the cross-border and cross-regional allocation and integration of culture and tourism resources and elements, promoting the comprehensive optimization and improvement of tourism destination's functional efficiency and functional types was the key and difficult point of global tourism. Nanxun district of Huzhou city had gradually improved the global tourism innovation platform, the whole industry chain, and the brand effect. It had a good practical foundation and first-mover advantages. It was necessary to update the concept of global tourism development, optimize the functional pattern of global tourism, develop the characteristic products of global tourism, and optimize the operation environment of global tourism, so as to realize the high quality development of global tourism under the background of culture and tourism integration.
