Design of water fertilizer integrated irrigation system based on PLC

摘要: 研究设计出一套稳定性高、操作简单、成本低廉、功能够用的水肥一体化灌溉控制器。该系统采用传感技术、微电脑技术,以PLC为核心,配合滴灌技术,根据作物生长过程中土壤湿度和所需肥水的阀值,进行自动灌溉和施肥。结果表明,该系统可以有效提升设施农业种植的生产力和肥水使用效率,节约水资源使用量,为西部地区中小设施农业种植户提供一定的技术支撑。

Abstract: A set of water fertilizer integrated irrigation controller with high stability, simple operation, low cost and sufficient function was studied and designed. The system used sensor technology, micro-computer technology, PLC as the core, and drip irrigation technology, according to the soil humidity and the required fertilizer and water threshold in the process of crop growth, to carry out automatic irrigation and fertilization. The results showed that the system could effectively improve the productivity of facility agriculture and the efficiency of fertilizer and water use, save the amount of water resources, and provide some technical support for small and medium-sized facility agriculture farmers in western region.
