胜任力模型在驻村干部绩效考核中的应用研究--以新疆和田地区为例

Research on the application of competency model in the performance evaluation of village cadres:Take Hotan area of Xinjiang as an example

摘要: 运用文献分析法、行为事件访谈法和专家意见法,构建出包含工作能力等6个维度、25项胜任力特征的和田地区驻村干部胜任力模型,以其为基础建立了评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法进行分析。结果显示,构建的胜任力模型在和田地区驻村干部绩效考核中具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: By using literature analysis method, behavioral event interview method and expert opinion method, this study constructed a competency model of the village cadres in Hotan area including 6 dimensions and 25 competency characteristics including work ability, and established evaluation index system based on it, and analyzed it by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the constructed competency model has a certain application value in the performance evaluation of village cadres in Hotan area.
