Abstract: Rural tourism is one of the important areas of rural revitalization strategy and the main battlefield for the poor to get rid of poverty. The poverty relief area of Qinba mountain in Shaanxi province is the main location of the poor population in the whole province, with a wide range of poverty and a high incidence of poverty. However, the poverty alleviation area of Qinba mountain also has the advantages of rural tourism development, such as rich kinds of tourism resources, diversified biological resources, profound cultural heritage. This study analyzes the poverty factors and the advantages of rural tourism development in Qinba mountain poverty alleviation area in detail, and plans the poverty alleviation path of rural tourism in Qinba mountain poverty alleviation area according to local conditions, in order to provide suggestions for poverty alleviation in Qinba mountain poverty alleviation area.
