火焰原子吸收光谱法测定临潼石榴子和石榴皮中微量元素

Determination of trace elements in pomegranate seed and pomegranatepeel in Lintong by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要: 石榴子与石榴皮中均含有丰富的人体必需的微量元素,具有很高的营养价值和药用价值。试验采用V(高氯酸)∶V(硝酸)= 1∶4的混合体系对样品进行硝解,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定陕西临潼石榴子与石榴皮中6种微量元素(Cu、Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn)的含量,此方法快速简便、准确度好,精密度高,该方法的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.55%~3.67%,回收率在92.57%~105.73%。石榴皮中含有对人体有益的微量元素较石榴子更高,该试验结果为临潼石榴子与石榴皮营养价值探索、药理学研究提供科学依据。

Abstract: Pomegranate seed and pomegranate peel are rich in essential trace elements, whose nutritional value and medicinal value are extremely high. The samples were treated with V(HClO4 )∶V(HNO3)=1∶4 mixture system,the content of six traceelements(Cu,Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca,Mn) in pomegranate seed and skin in Lintong district, Shaanxi province were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method was rapid, simple, and withgood accuracy and high sensitivity. The relative standard deviation of 6 parallel determination were 0.55%~3.67%, and the recovery rate was from 92.57% to 105.73%. The results showed that the content of traceelements in pomegranate peel was higher than that in pomegranate seed, which provided scientific basis for the nutritional value exploration and pharmacology research of pomegranate seed and pomegranate peel in Lintong area.
