摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合色谱保留指数对头花杜鹃（Rhododendron capitatum）精油成分进行定性分析,利用滤纸片扩散法初步研究了精油对9种致病菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,1月头花杜鹃叶精油中分离鉴定出82种化合物,6月叶精油中分离鉴定出58种化合物,10月叶精油中分离鉴定出25种化合物。头花杜鹃叶精油对藤黄微球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和乙型副伤寒沙门菌具有一定的抑制作用。不同季节头花杜鹃叶中精油成分差异很大,为头花杜鹃叶中精油的开发与利用提供参考。

Abstract: The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation, and the components of essential oil were qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS combined with GC retention index. The bacteriostatic effect of Rhododendron essential oil on 9 kinds of pathogenic bacteria was preliminarily studied by filter paper diffusion method. The results showed that 82 compounds were identified in January, 58 in June and 25 in October. The essential oil of leaf of Rhododendron capitatum has certain inhibitory effects on Micrococcus lutea, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemolytis-β, Bacillus subtilis and Salmonella paratyphy B. The essential oil components in the leaves of Rhododendron capitatumin different seasons are quite different, which is a reference for the development and utilization of the essential oil in the leaves of Rhododendron capitatum.
