茶子油面霜制备及其祛痤疮功效评价

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以茶子毛油为原料,经精制处理后得精制茶油,随后以去离子水、丙三醇、三乙醇胺作为水相基质,以精制茶油、甘油、十六醇、卵磷脂、蜂胶作为油相基质,开展面霜配方优化研究,并对所制得的面霜进行抗炎试验对照和护肤对照试验。研究发现,当去离子水∶丙三醇∶十六醇∶精制茶油比例为25∶5∶5∶3时,所制得的面霜不仅具有较好的外观及稳定性,而且抗炎试验表明所制得的面霜抑菌圈明显,护肤对照试验则表明所制备的面霜对中轻度痤疮的祛除有效率为77.78%。结果表明,以茶子毛油为主要原料制备的面霜稳定性良好,具有一定的祛中轻度痤疮效果。

Abstract: Camellia seed oil was refined from tea seed oil,and then deionized water,glycerol and triethanolamine were used as water phase matrix.The refined camellia seed oil,glycerin,cetyl alcohol,lecithin and propolis were used as oil phase matrix to optimize the formulation of the cream,and the anti inflammatory test and skin control test of the prepared cream were carried out.It was found that when the ratio of deionized water to glycerin to cetyl alcohol to refined camellia seed oil was 25∶5∶5∶3,the cream was prepared by not only has good appearance and stability,but also anti-inflammatory experiments showed that the bacteriostatic circle of cream was obvious.Skin preparation of controlled trials showed that the cream of the mild acne removing effective rate was 77.78%.The results show that the facial cream with camellia seed oil as the main raw material has good stability and can remove moderate and mild acne.
